To change the oil of a Triumph Trident 660, start by warming up the engine for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid. Turn off the engine and place the motorcycle on a central stand to stabilize it. Find the oil drain plug located under the engine. Place a collection tray under the plug and use a wrench to unscrew it, allowing the old oil to drain completely. Once the oil is fully drained, securely tighten the drain plug. Locate the oil fill plug on the side of the engine and remove it. Use a funnel to slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil as stated in the owner's manual, being careful not to exceed the maximum level. After adding the oil, replace the fill plug and make sure it is tightly secured. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check for any oil leaks. This ensures that the new oil is evenly distributed in the engine and everything is in order.
