What to do if a touchscreen stops working

The nightmare of all those who own a car with a multifunction screen is that the touchscreen suddenly stops working. In this case, there are two different methods we can try. The first involves keeping all five fingers on the screen for two or three seconds: a pop-up window will appear and four bright icons will be displayed in the four corners of the touch screen. We will click on 1-2-3-4. After this step, the screen should start working again. The second method, if the first one did not work, is to connect a USB mouse with a USB cable, in order to select the icons, click on "car settings" and then "factory settings" and enter the password which is 8888 "touch settings". Four bright icons will be displayed in the four corners of the screen, click on them counterclockwise and it's done.
