Replacing a vehicle's battery may seem like a complex operation to perform, but in reality it is a task that can be done independently thanks to our video tutorial that will show you which steps to follow in order to not damage the car or yourself. The battery on many vehicles is located inside the front hood, so to remove it we must open the hood and use a socket wrench to remove the nut on the bracket. Using a flathead screwdriver, we lift the negative terminal first and then the positive terminal. We then remove the battery. We insert the new battery into the compartment and connect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal. Using the socket wrench, we insert the nut to secure the bracket.
