In this tutorial we will show you a method to reset the airbag warning light but we still recommend taking the car to the workshop to check that there is really something wrong with it. Turn on the ignition with the appropriate ignition key and turn it off immediately. Do this two or three times. If it doesn't work, connect the scan computer to the car ECU as shown in the video. It is used to detect and correct any errors and incorrect signals that arrive at the control unit itself, as it could be in the case of your airbag warning light. Connect the scan tool, enter the airbag section and reset. If that's not enough, remove the door panel and replace the airbag sensor.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
