(Various brands) Various - Video tutorial
Model: (Various brands) Various
In this video we see how to reset the gear shift of the Mercedes Axor truck: in fact, on this model, clutch failure is a very common problem, and the manual transmission gear can get stuck. Of course, we can only do this if it is an occasional issue; if it continues to give you problems, it is clear that there is a problem with the clutch that needs to be repaired. We need to circulate the air to the maximum; turn off the ignition and wait for the "N" to disappear from the dashboard, then press the button on the right side of the lever. Turn on the ignition and see that in the box where the "N" was, some writings appear in sequence. Start the engine and continue to hold down the button and shift gears starting from third and going forward. Then move down. Repeat the cycles several times. Turn off the engine and wait a couple of minutes. Everything should be back to normal.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
