Operation: All the problems of AdBlue.

AdBlue is the latest blow that has been dealt to diesel-powered vehicles, aiming to ultimately kill off this type of propulsion, because it creates so many problems that it becomes undesirable to own a vehicle with a diesel engine. First the DPF, then the EGR, and now AdBlue for the reduction of NOx emissions: a system that costs a lot and has the major flaw that it either works perfectly or stops the car; unfortunately, it has many malfunctions, all of which are very expensive. It should be noted that a full tank of AdBlue lasts for 10-20,000 kilometers, depending on the vehicle's usage. Of course, city driving will require more regeneration and therefore the additive will last less, compared to cleaner highway driving. We should also try to never run out of AdBlue, because even if you fill up the tank, the car will not start and you will have to reset it at the workshop. A question that many ask is whether it is possible to eliminate AdBlue. We can say that at the moment it is not checked during inspections, so theoretically it is possible to "exclude" it, but not remove it. And not on all cars. Instead, we recommend using an additive to prevent crystallization. Many want to know if AdBlue always works. The answer is yes: as soon as the catalyst heats up, AdBlue starts working.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
