How to Find a Blown Fuse with a Special Tool

In this video, you will see how to find a blown fuse by testing them one by one in the engine fuse box or in the cabin fuse box; this is done using a special tool that lights up in various ways to indicate whether the fuse is in good condition or faulty. Connect the clip to earth and test it on the positive side, where the light will illuminate. There are three possible outcomes: if it lights up on both sides, the fuse is good; if nothing lights up, the fuse is blown. If the light only illuminates on one side of the fuse, it means that it is defective. As you can see, the fuses have two small metal parts on the back: these are the points you need to touch. To remove it, you will need the special tweezers, and you will use the same tool to fit a new one back in place. Fuses should be replaced with a rated current equal to or lower than that of the one you removed.
