Let's see how to test the functionality of the fuses in your car. Connect the lamp to the negative terminal of the battery; each fuse has two rear terminals where you can place the probe; test both sides of each fuse. If you have a multimeter, set it to DC voltage, place the black probe on ground, and touch both sides of the fuse with the red probe; the voltage difference between the two sides indicates a blown fuse.
