Inspect it closely: paint stains, misaligned badges, and different paintwork compared to the rest of the bodywork; even dented plates or those that do not match the year of registration of the vehicle mean a lot. Look closely at the engine bay and under the boot: these are areas that can tell you a lot. Inside, also look for obvious signs of wear; do the seatbelts retract properly? A test is necessary, listening carefully for any noises or squeaks. It should brake straight. Pay close attention to both manual and automatic gear changes. Watch out for the tyres: if it has quality tyres or unknown Chinese brands (this means the seller fitted them because the originals were worn out). You can have the ECU examined by a workshop (of course, you will need to pay for the consultation).
