In this video we can see the diagram of the fuse box in the passenger compartment of the Volkswagen Golf V: This is located in the thickness of the dashboard, on the driver's side, and this is valid for both left-hand drive and right-hand drive vehicles. Here we find the fuses for the cigarette lighter, which are also power sockets and are fuses #24, #26 and #42. In the passenger compartment we also find a relay holder under the dashboard on the left, connected to the onboard network computer; a second fuse box is located inside the engine compartment, to the right of the 12-volt battery: this fuse box exists in two versions, depending on the year of production of the vehicle.
