How do you reset the partial odometer of the Volkswagen Tiguan?

The odometer reset of the Volkswagen Tiguan is done by turning on the instrument panel, turning the key inside the corresponding ignition block: after this has been turned on, you will need to press the MENU button and scroll inside it using the steering wheel controls. By selecting the "Distance" option, you can then select the "Long term" option; in this way, the partial odometer can be completely reset, returning to zero kilometers traveled. After the reset, it will be possible to turn off the instrument panel completely, removing the ignition key.
