How do you reset the partial odometer of the Volkswagen Tiguan?

In order to reset the partial odometer of the Volkswagen Tiguan, you will need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key into the ignition switch: once the panel is on, you will be able to navigate through the menu that appears using the arrows on the right side of the steering wheel, until you find the "Distance" option. Once this option is displayed, you will need to hold down the 0.0/SET button located on the right side of the panel: when the partial odometer is reset, you can release the button and even turn off the panel.
