How do you activate the ACC on a Volkswagen T-Roc, and what is it used for?

Let's see how to activate the ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) on a Volkswagen T-Roc: this system is an adaptive cruise speed control, which not only maintains the set speed, like a normal cruise control, but also automatically adjusts the distance from the vehicle in front of us, adapting to traffic. It is very useful during long trips on highways or expressways, while it can be stressful in city traffic. It is activated with the car on, by pressing the "ACC" button and a green light will come on on the instrument panel indicating "ACC ready". We accelerate to the desired speed, press the "set" button to confirm and use the arrow button to choose between the levels of distance from the vehicle in front. If the car in front stops, the ACC will stop the vehicle completely. To deactivate it, we brake or press the "cancel" button to temporarily suspend it or "ACC off" to turn off the function.
