How to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Tiguan

The following video tutorial shows us the steps to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Tiguan, produced from 2017 to 2022. To replace the battery, we should use a socket wrench with a 13 mm insert and a flat-head screwdriver. We open the front hood and using the 13 mm socket wrench, disconnect the negative pole. We remove the positive pole from the battery using the same wrench. With the help of the flat-head screwdriver, we remove the screw on the battery locking bracket. To completely unscrew the screw, we use a 20 mm socket wrench. We remove the battery from its seat and clean the housing where we should insert the new battery. After inserting the battery, we connect the positive pole and then the negative pole. We screw in the bracket screw and close the hood.
