Let's see how to reset the service light on our Volkswagen Tiguan; turn on the infotainment system and press the "car" button until the screen with vehicle information appears. Scroll through the options until you find "time/distance of travel". Press and hold the "ok" button for about 5 seconds: the "maintenance/inspection" menu will open. Select "oil service". Press "ok" to enter and choose "reset" and confirm with "ok". At this point, verify that both lights have been reset. This procedure is valid for the latest generation Volkswagen Tiguan.
