In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the rear outer handle on a Volkswagen Jetta, a very simple and quick operation. First, let's open the door we will be working on, then we move the seal located on the edge, identify the indicated hole, and insert a screwdriver or, to make the operation easier, a hook tool into it. Next, we press the tool to release the retaining clip, slightly open the handle, remove the cylinder, and separate the handle itself by pulling it towards the rear of the vehicle. To install the replacement part, simply follow the reverse procedure.
