How to Remove the Left Front Headlight of a Volkswagen Golf 6

How do you remove the left front headlight of a Volkswagen Golf 6? Lift the bonnet and secure it. Using a socket or battery-powered screwdriver, undo the fastening bolts of the front bumper located at the top (as shown in the video). Remove the bolts located on the wheel arch liners and the bolts at the bottom of the bumper. Carefully detach the bumper from the vehicle body. Once done, unscrew the fastening bolts on the headlight bar using a socket or battery-powered screwdriver. You will find additional bolts at the bottom of the headlight; unscrew them from the metal plates (repeat the same for the other headlight). Disconnect the bulb holder from the headlight and extract the headlight from the vehicle body. Fit the new headlight with new bulbs if damaged.
