Let's locate the arrangement of the fuse boxes on the Volkswagen Passat B6: The box inside the cabin is located within the thickness of the dashboard, next to the left front door. This position is valid for both right-hand and left-hand drive. Under the dashboard, on the left side, we also find the relay box. On the right side of the dashboard, still within its thickness, there is a second box. In the engine bay, the fuse box is in a square-shaped box located between the left shock absorber strut and the starter battery. At the front of the box, there are 9 pre-fuses.
