How to Remove the Rear Seats from a Volkswagen Golf

Let’s see how to remove the rear seats from a Volkswagen Golf Mk5. First, remove the metal guides located at both ends of the backrest (mounted on the car's body). Use plastic or metal levers to assist you. Detach one part of the seat from the car's body (perform the same operation on the other half of the backrest). After removing the backrests, take out the seat base (lift the seat with your hands) until it is completely detached from the clips. Install the new rear seats by reversing the steps.
