To clear the Service light on a Volkswagen Transporter, insert the key and turn it to switch on the dashboard without starting the engine. At this point, press the button on the left side of the dashboard until the Service light starts flashing in the menu.

Now, turn off the dashboard by turning the key and removing it: then hold the button on the right for a few seconds, insert the key again and turn it to switch on the dashboard once more. Releasing the button will completely reset the Service light.
