Removing Front Bumper on Golf 5

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008
Part: Front bumper

Lift the bonnet and secure it. Unscrew the fastening screws located at the top of the bumper. Once the screws at the top are removed, unscrew the screws under the wheel arch liners and the screws located at the bottom of the bumper. Remove the fog lights and check for any screws around the bumper plastics. Pull the bumper away from the body of the vehicle by hand. Connect the electrical connectors, secure the bumper to the body of the vehicle, and proceed to tighten all screws around both the wheel arch liners and the perimeter. Refit the fog lights along with their plastics.
