How to Remove the Panel on a Volkswagen Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

Remove the protective panel from the door of a VW Passat. Pry at the internal handle: remove the entire cover from above the internal handle. Unscrew the torx screws located inside the internal door handle across the entire surface. Release all the clips by prying around the perimeter of the door panel, then pull it away using your hands. Disconnect the opening lever cable, the window regulator connectors, and the speaker connectors. Work inside the door, then refit the cover panel: reconnect the electrical connectors and screw the securing screws of the door panel.
