Removing the Car Radio for Repair

To remove the car radio from the console, insert a credit card or a plastic tool into the side slots of the radio to remove the side trim and access the screws. Remove the screws on the sides of the console, then slide the radio out of the compartment, carefully disconnecting the connectors and taking care not to pull the wires. To reinstall the equipment, simply reconnect the connectors to their respective sockets and gently slide the radio back into the compartment, ensuring not to pinch any electrical cables. Turn on the radio and perform a test to verify its proper functioning.
