Let’s go through the main steps to remove the interior light unit to replace the bulbs on a Volkswagen Passat B6. First, get inside the car and use a thin plastic lever to detach the light unit; once the plastic cover is removed, unscrew the screws underneath, as shown in the video.

Now, disconnect the electrical connector of the lights and remove the old bulbs, replacing them with new ones; reassemble everything by reversing the disassembly procedure!
