Replacement of Engine Oil Cooler

It is often difficult to find new parts for older vehicles, so it is necessary to source replacement parts by dismantling them from vehicles that are no longer in service. The replacement operation is very simple as the cooler is held in position by a single nut. Once the old cooler is removed, clean the oil passage seats thoroughly, then replace the old silicone gaskets with new ones. Before placing them, ensure to grease them adequately with the appropriate grease. Position the cooler carefully in its seat, ensuring the gaskets align perfectly, then tighten the sealing nut.
