How to Remove the Front Headlight on the Volkswagen Caravelle T5

This guide shows how to replace the front headlight on the Volkswagen Caravelle T5. The operation is somewhat laborious as you must first remove the front bumper to access all the fixing screws of the headlight. As the first step, secure the vehicle. Remove the plastic inserts from the bumper and the fog light covers; unscrew the bumper anchoring screws from the exposed areas. Remove the lower panel, the wheel arches, and the upper panel of the engine compartment to reveal the other fixing screws. At this point, you can slide off the bumper, taking care with the cables connected behind. Now you can unscrew the fixing screws of the headlight and slide it out; be careful with the power cable. Fit the new headlight and, following the previous steps in reverse, reassemble the bumper and the previously removed plastic inserts. Check the correct functioning of the headlights before taking to the road.
