How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Volkswagen Eos?

To replace the timing belt on the Volkswagen Eos, open the bonnet to access the engine bay and remove some obstructive parts that would facilitate access to the side of the engine. This will allow you to loosen the nuts securing the central pins of the pulleys, especially the tensioner roller. By doing this, the tension on the belt will be reduced, allowing it to be slipped out of its housing for replacement with a new spare part. After installing the new belt, reinstall all previously removed parts.
