To remove the rear seats from a Volkswagen Golf 7, first, pull out the pins located between the backrest and the cushion of each rear seat. At this point, lift the front part of the cushion and pull it forward to completely remove it. Now, lower the backrests using the levers near the headrests and unscrew the bolts at the base of the backrests. Before you can extract them from the cabin, also unscrew the bolts securing the seatbelts.
