To remove the rear seats of a Volkswagen Golf, you need to loosen the bolts located at the front, just under the cushions. Once these bolts are loosened, you can lift the seat by releasing the pins located at the back and removing it completely. After the seat has been removed, you can remove the pins that fix the backrests to the base of their housing, removing them completely as well.
