How to Replace the Oil Sump on the Volkswagen New Beetle?

To replace the oil sump on the Volkswagen New Beetle, lift the car using a ramp to gain easier access to the components in the lower part of the engine bay. The oil sump will be located at the front and can be removed from its housing by unscrewing the relevant fixing bolts. Once the bolts are removed, detach the oil sump from its housing and replace it with a new spare part that must be properly installed.
