Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial
Model: Volkswagen Golf
Golf 8, MK 8, Golf Viii
- Years 2019-2024 Let's see how you use the infotainment of the Volkswagen Golf VIII: the instrument cluster is fully digital and customizable. We can change it from the two buttons located on the right side of the steering wheel, so with the right arrow we will change the right side of the dashboard, and with the left arrow the left side. Quite simply, with the part of the arrows up and down, we will change the central part. With the "view" key we will change the screen layout. From the screen we will be able to choose the type of clock to display. By turning on the screen we find the menu icons and by holding one down we can move it like on a smartphone. Scrolling to the right instead we will find customizable widgets. No need to touch the screen, just get close! From the square button we can go back to the "home" page wherever we are. From the screen we can access all the car's functions, such as the climate which allows us unexpected functions. Under the climate button, in the console, we have the "mode" button to select the driving mode, according to our needs of the moment, extremely customizable. The radio key allows us to tune into our favorite radios, from the telephone key we can very easily connect with our smartphone. The navigator is fluid and intuitive. We can then activate or deactivate some driving aids. The connection to AppleCarPlay or Android Auto can be done both with the cable and via bluetooth, of course it is possible to connect as different users. There is also the "soft lights" application to choose the brightness and mood we prefer. And the instruction manual is not missing either.
