The installation is very simple. First, clean the area of the bodywork where you will stick the scuff plate with double-sided tape using water. Then use one of the cleaning wipes included in the kit, and wait about five minutes for it to dry completely. Next, take some references to ensure they are not misaligned, using the embossed scuff plate on the rubber trim as a guide. The package includes a sachet of catalyst for the glue to dilute in water. Spray it on the bodywork and then remove the adhesive protection. Spray the catalyst over the adhesive and position it carefully, applying some pressure.
