How to Replace the Battery on a Volkswagen Ameo

If you experience starting issues due to poor battery performance, you can replace the battery as follows: First, open the hood. The battery is located on the right side of the engine compartment. Start by disconnecting the negative terminal. Use a socket wrench to remove the mounting bracket at the base of the battery. Lift the relay box located above the battery and disconnect the positive terminal as well. At this point, you can remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. Reinstall the mounting bracket at the base, reconnect the positive terminal, and finally the negative terminal to complete the job.
