How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Transporter?

To reset the service light on a Volkswagen Transporter, turn on the instrument panel and navigate through the menu on the central display using the touchscreen controls: press the "Vehicle" icon and then "Settings". By scrolling through the screen, you can find the "Service" option, and selecting it will show the miles remaining until the next service: then turn off the instrument panel and press and hold the 0.0/SET button in the centre of the panel: once on, release the button and then press it again to reset the light.
