How to Remove the Door Panel from a Volkswagen Golf 7?

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019
Part: Door trim panel

The door panel is held in place by several screws. Not all are immediately visible, and some are hidden under the plastic cover of the door handle: remove it using a card, flat screwdriver, or similar tool. At this point, proceed to remove all the screws from the door, and once done, pull the panel towards you. Be careful not to pull too hard as it is still connected to the electrical connectors: remember to disconnect them before fully removing the panel.

How to Remove the Headrests from a Fiat Panda

Below are the instructions to remove the headrests, both front and rear, from the Fiat Panda. First, get inside the vehicle and press and hold the side button located at the base of the headrest.
