Disassembling the Front Door Panel of the Volkswagen Golf

The instructions below will allow you to disassemble and remove the front door panel of the Volkswagen Golf, GTI version. First, open the front door of the vehicle and start by removing the central plastic cover; unscrew the fixing screws located on the panel and disconnect the window switch (disconnecting the electrical connector underneath), as shown in the video. At this point, pry on the sides of the panel to detach and remove it, disconnecting the handle cable; then carry out any necessary repairs on the door.
