How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on a Volkswagen Jetta

If you notice that a headlight bulb has blown on your vehicle, the following description provides the information and steps to replace it. Once you open the bonnet, locate the headlight with the blown bulb and access it from the rear. Remove the plastic cover behind it; underneath, you will find the electrical connector which you will disconnect before removing the retaining clip of the bulb holder. Then, you can extract the bulb and replace it with the new one, reattach the retaining clip, reconnect the electrical connector, and finally close the cover.
