How to Reset the Service on a Volkswagen Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B8, 3G, MK 8 - Years 2014-2023

The following description provides all the necessary information to perform the reset. Use the key fob to turn on the instrument cluster of the Passat (do not start the engine). Read the oil change warning on the display. Turn off the Passat's instrument cluster. Press and hold the button located above the instrument cluster while it is off (specifically the 0.0 button). Turn on the vehicle's instrument cluster. Release the 0.0 button. Use the button located on the instrument cluster (0.0 button) to confirm the selection. Press the 0.0 button and confirm the reset.
