Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just beneath the glove compartment, directly above the scuff plate. To access the cabin air filter housing, remove the plastic cover secured with two clips that can be removed manually. Once you reach the housing, slide the cover sideways to extract the old filter. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the container and insert the new filter, respecting the airflow direction indicated by the arrows printed on the side of the filter.
