How to Change the Cabin Filter on the Volkswagen Touran

Learn how to change the cabin air filter on the Volkswagen Touran: the cabin filter is located on the passenger side, under the dashboard. There are two plastic screws holding it in place: you need to unscrew them by hand to remove the cover. At this point, you will see the pollen filter cover. Pull it towards you and then remove the filter, also pulling it towards you. Clean the empty space left behind with a blast of compressed air to remove dust and dirt, then you can refit the filter: pay attention to the fitting direction. The arrows must always point downwards. Once correctly inserted, you can replace the cap and then the plastic cover. The job is complete.
