Disassembling the front seats in the Volkswagen Golf is a very simple and quick operation, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. We start by moving the seat in question forward, then we go to the rear bench and remove the cover of the inner slide by removing the indicated plastic clip. Once this is done, we unhook the cap of the opposite slide, move the seat back, and unscrew the end stop bolt with both a 5mm Allen wrench and a 10mm wrench. At this point, we can push the seat further until it comes out of the slides.
