Operation: How do you replace the heat exchanger of the Volkswagen Touran?

In order to replace the heat exchanger of the Volkswagen Touran, you need to open the hood to access the components located inside the engine compartment: it will be necessary to remove the plastic cover of the top part of the engine block, also removing the air filter box. Once these components have been removed, you can locate the heat exchanger positioned in the bottom right part of the engine block: it can be removed by loosening its fixing bolts and disconnecting the pipes. Then, it will be possible to insert the new piece, assembling all the previously removed parts.

In second position the fuse for the right door control unit. In third position the fuse for the PSM control unit. In fourth position the fuse for the PSM control unit. In the fifth position the fuse for the 12 socket located on the base of the passenger seat. In sixth position we find the fuse for the WVC charging line for the vehicle battery.
