How to Replace the Front Shock Absorber on a Volkswagen Polo?

To replace the front shock absorber on a Volkswagen Polo, open the bonnet to detach the protective panel at the top left, above the shock absorber. Once the panel is removed, undo the underlying bolt using the appropriate spanner. Now, lift the car to loosen the bolts securing the corresponding wheel and completely remove it. After the wheel is off, disconnect the hub from the driveshaft so that the additional bolts securing the shock absorber can be loosened, allowing you to remove it and replace it with a new one.
