Removing the headrests from the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 is useful for reversing manoeuvres or when transporting bulky items. Start by sitting in the rear seats. Press the clip on the left side and push outward. Finish removing the headrest by pulling it completely out. For reinstallation, follow the same steps in reverse. The removal of the rear seat headrests follows the same steps as the front headrests.
