Today, you will learn how to remove the headrest from the 2017 Volkswagen Golf Mk7. To remove the headrest from the front left passenger seat, sit in the rear passenger seat and push the headrest as far as possible. Then, lower the seat cover and use a rigid plastic tool to push the headrest towards the outside.

Finally, remove the headrest and repeat the same process for the other headrests. To reinsert the headrests into the seats, simply push them in until you hear a click.
