If you own a Volkswagen Transporter T4 (1990-2003) and want to manually reset the maintenance light (Insp) on the dashboard display, follow these steps. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition.

Then, press and hold the button located below the speedometer and release it as soon as the "Insp" message appears. Now, rotate the button below the rev counter clockwise and hold it until the maintenance light resets.
