How to Remove the Lights from a VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat 3BG, B5 - Years: 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005

Open and lift the bonnet. On the passenger side, remove the 3 screws next to the headlamp and the air intake duct that covers access to the back of the headlamp.

On the driver’s side, lift the black panel behind the headlamp. This way, you can remove the covers that protect the back of the bulb connectors in the headlamps.

Now you can remove the bulbs and replace them, although you may need to manoeuvre your hand slightly to extract them; otherwise, you will need to completely remove the front bumper to gain space and fully remove the headlamp for the necessary replacements.

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake. Once disabled, the TRC off light will illuminate on the dashboard. To reactivate it, just press the same button again.
