Operation: How do you reset the tire pressure warning light on the Volkswagen Passat?

The tire pressure sensor of the Volkswagen Passat can be reset by first inflating the tires to the recommended pressure value: this value is indicated on the sticker that is attached to the driver's side door frame. Once the tires have been inflated to this value, you can go inside the cabin and turn on the instrument panel: then you will need to open the glove compartment located on the passenger side, locating the SET button inside. By holding it down for a few seconds, you will notice that the tire pressure sensor light will disappear completely.
