Unclip and lift the hood, remove the engine top cover, unscrew the coolant tank cap to lower the pressure in the circuit. Now remove the tubes shown in the video and prepare containers under them for the liquid that will leak out. To remove them, detach the ties that attach them to the entrances. Now then remove the bolts that are indicated in the video and in this way you will be able to remove the flange in question. Make the necessary replacements in order to then go and reassemble everything by following the steps backwards.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
