Then, open the hood, loosen the negative terminal nut with a 10mm socket wrench, and disconnect it. Next, open the positive terminal cover, repeat the operation with a 13mm wrench, and remove the lower mounting bolt. At this point, you can pull the battery out of the housing, insert the replacement, and follow the reverse procedure.
